- Communicate. Have a question about a new project? Want a status update on your current project? Interested in discussing pivoting your project, or need information on how to best protect your investment from the harsh weather elements? Whatever it is you need to discuss, you can count on us to be available for you and keep communications open. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours; if you don't hear from us by then, we encourage you to ping us again in case your message was lost to the technology ether. We won't leave you in the dark.

If we don't feel confident in our ability to complete your project to your total satisfaction, we will tell you that before we even send you a quote. We have no corporate sponsors to answer to, and like you, we are nothing more than your average hard-working American family. We will therefore always price your project reasonably, and we will do everything we can to create a project budget that fits your individual lifestyle. Further, in an effort to make our services more accessible, we've developed a partnership in order to offer payment plans for qualified borrowers. Oh, and did we mention quotes are always 100% free? No commitment necessary.
- Honor Our Commitments. The price we give you is the price you pay, and the services you accept are the services you get. No hidden fees, no extra mid-project costs, no cutting corners - period. All clients receive a detailed estimate that they may accept, reject, or request changes to. Upon project acceptance, you will receive a full contract to look over and sign at your leisure. We will deliver your agreed upon services and never charge you an extra penny, no matter what. We honor our commitments, no exceptions. (Clients do sometimes choose to alter or pivot their services mid-project, in which case a revised quote will be provided; no extra costs will be incurred without your express request and acceptance.)
