Best Coast Fencing offers custom fence, deck, and miscellaneous solutions. We can build, install, and/or repair cedar, agricultural, and vinyl fencing of various heights and aesthetic customizations (including gates, top caps, stone pillars, and more); cedar and composite decks, including multi-story, with or without stairs, and with various railing options; cedar patio covers; cedar flower boxes; covered cedar storage structures; and more. We also have a program in place for pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and painting services. We do NOT do iron fencing (sorry!).

Contact us. Once you reach out for your free quote, we will schedule a time to come to your property and discuss your project. We'll take measurements and work to understand all of your wants and needs in order to build a quote that reflects your vision. We typically send these quotes within 24 (and up to 48) hours after your consultation. After that, it's up to you to decide if you want to accept, modify, or reject your project. If accepted, we will send you a detailed contract to look over at your leisure. Once signed, and if required, we will collect a deposit to be applied towards your total project cost. At the time of collection, we will put you on our schedule and your dream project can begin!
The answer varies by project. Most of the time, the answer is yes; deposits are necessary to ensure the seriousness of the client and secure their spot on our busy schedule. Deposits are used to purchase initial materials to get your project started and will always apply towards your total project cost. Deposits are typically between 20% and 50% of your total project cost, depending on the specifics of the services being provided. In some select cases, no deposit will be required. Details of your deposit structure will be included in your contract, so you will always know exactly what to expect before you sign and accept any of our services.
As soon as your services are complete, the balance of your invoice (your total project cost less any deposit paid) comes due immediately. Exceptions include those who have been approved for and have chosen to finance their project (either with us or through a different third-party), or those who are able and have chosen to take advantage of our short-term payment plan.
We understand that those who aren't close to the industry don't always know what to expect, and the quote they receive is sometimes out of their planned budget. If that happens to you, we encourage you to reach out and let us know; we're more than happy to discuss potential options (such as alternative materials choices, removing certain upgrades, or other possible adjustments) in order to try and find a project budget that works for you.
Yes! Best Coast offers a full financing program, including several no payment no interest/deferred payment/deferred interest options. We offer terms between 12 and 180 months and are able to approve a wide credit spectrum range, so most applicants will qualify for at least one of our payment plans. In some cases, we may even be able to offer you our short-term payment plan. These will typically be 3 months or less and will most commonly require a 50% down payment before your project can be scheduled. Not all projects will qualify for our short-term payment plan.
